How do I book a property with La Résidence?
Browse our available properties, select your dates, and complete your reservation directly through our website. You'll receive a confirmation email with all the details within minutes.
What is the cancellation policy?
We offer flexible cancellation up to 14 days before your check-in date for a full refund. Cancellations made within 14 days may be subject to a partial charge. Please review the specific terms on your booking confirmation.
Can I modify my reservation after booking?
Yes. Reach out to our team and we'll do our best to accommodate date changes or property switches, subject to availability.
Is a deposit required?
A refundable security deposit is collected at the time of booking. The amount varies by property and is returned within 7 business days after checkout, provided no damages are reported.
Your Stay
What time is check-in and check-out?
Standard check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request — just ask.
Are pets allowed?
Some of our properties are pet-friendly. Look for the pet-friendly tag on individual listings, or contact us and we'll help you find the right fit for your family.
What amenities are included?
Every La Résidence property comes with fresh linens, towels, toiletries, a fully equipped kitchen, high-speed Wi-Fi, and climate control. Many homes also feature pools, hot tubs, and outdoor living spaces. Amenity details are listed on each property page.
What if something goes wrong during my stay?
Our guest support team is available around the clock. Call, text, or message us anytime — we'll resolve the issue as quickly as possible so your trip stays on track.
Are events or parties permitted?
Events require prior approval. Contact us in advance with details about your gathering and we'll let you know which properties can accommodate your plans.

We personally evaluate every home for quality, location, and guest appeal. Not every property is the right fit, and that's intentional — it's how we maintain the standard our guests expect.
What does your management service include?
We handle everything: listing optimization, professional photography, dynamic pricing, guest communication, cleaning, maintenance coordination, and financial reporting. You own the property — we handle the rest.
